Wingo Sentenced to Eighteen Months in Destructive Case
Wingo was sentenced to 18 months after a Mount Airy court found him linked to the arson and desecration case involving the death of a week-old Frederick girl. Minors received probation and community service, while Wingo faced potential 45 years on major convictions. Wingo, dressed in a gray suit, addressed the court saying he turned to the Bible and felt he was back on the right track.
