Original Plat Rejected By Frederick Planning Panel
The Frederick City Planning Commission rejected the Hamilton Homes plat amid school land dispute with the Frederick County School Board for expansion of Frederick High School athletic fields. Attorney Clapp modified the plan to remove contested land and the commission, after debate, unanimously approved the revised plat without the School Board land, with Magaba abstaining on the original vote.
