On the Hastonia bound to Greenup Kentucky Captain Hamilton accused McAllister Wan a terror of entering a lady passenger state room. McAlister denied it and knocked the captain down. The captain rose and was shot at but not hit. A porter grappled with him as four more shots were fired before the crew overpowered the watchman and turned him over to authorities at Greenup Kentucky.
