Weather Outlook For Maryland As Dry Spell Persists
A weak cold front lowered temperatures briefly but southerly winds lift temps Tuesday. No rain in sight to end a three week dry period. Western Maryland will be clear and mild tonight with 44 to 50 lows, mostly sunny and warm Tuesday. Maryland mountains expect highs near 70 today and in the 70s Tuesday. A strong 5.2 to 5.6 magnitude quake struck 10 miles east of Fremont at 3:56 a.m. rattling the Bay Area. Dr. Werner Kundig, biology professor and chair at Hood College in Timonium, is named to the Educational Assistance CAI Advisory Board of Potomac Edison.
