Martin Is Found Guilty In Fatal Route 15 Crash
Substitute Magistrate Richard R. Burgee found Ralph Leroy Martin guilty after an all day trial in the Grand Jury Room. Martin was fined 50 dollars and jailed 30 days for failure to drive right of center in a fatal accident that killed Louis M. Schuler of Vienna Virginia. His attorney indicated an appeal while other charges were postponed.
