Man pleads guilty to assault and DUI in Frederick County
Frederick County Circuit Court heard Robert S. Buchanan 21 of Middletown plead guilty to assault driving under the influence of alcohol and reckless driving for a July incident near Middletown. Judge G Edward Dwyer Jr ordered a pre sentence investigation and set May 9 for sentencing.

Appeals board OKs change of ownership for Monrovia center
The Frederick County Board of Appeals approved the change of ownership for Tending Toddlers Day Care Center in Monrovia to Jane G. Heasty and Mary G.
