Lake Linganore residents gain two water and sewer options
Frederick County Commissioners approved two approaches for Lake Linganore water and sewer service. Residents may install their own lines at their expense and risk, potentially moving later when county lines are added, or install temporary lines within road design areas with the county completing permanent replacements and implementing benefit assessments. Singapore residents using the second option could recover some costs through assessments.
