Hunting club denied permission at Tuscarora Archery site
Frederick County Board of Appeals refused a special exception for the Northern Big Game Hunting Club to continue shooting at the Tuscarora Archery Club range on Etter Road west of Rocky Springs Road. The site, in a conservation zone, was deemed only suitable for archery, prompting resident opposition due to Sunday shots and noise.
