Ethics probe urged for Del. Robin Ficker over funds use
A joint House Senate Ethics Committee urged a special panel to investigate Del. Robin Ficker after findings that he used public funds to publish and mail a 1981 questionnaire seeking cash gifts. The probe could lead to sanctions or removal from the House. Ficker defended himself, citing public record facts, while Democrats and some Republicans reacted to the ethical implications.
