Rockville double robbery suspect charged in two armed holdups
A 23 year old Rockville man Walter Randall Sickles was charged with two armed robberies in Rockville and jailed on 25000 bond. Wayne Edward Scott 19 was also held on the Hot Tub Parlor robbery and the Fortune Cookie theft. Both incidents used a sawed off shotgun and occurred within minutes of each other on February 23.
