Two Men Accused Of Taking Wood Saw
A wood saw taken from the Woodrow Stall property near Mountaindale Saturday night was recovered in Hagerstown Tuesday night. Deputies Buhrman and State Trooper Snyder arrested George Miller in Hagerstown and linked Reno Linton of New Market to the larceny. A Peoples Court hearing is set for Monday at 10:30 a.m. to determine guilt.

Funeral Services For O. W. Shinnick Held In Baltimore
Funeral services were held in Baltimore for O. W. Shinnick 74 formerly of Frederick who died Sunday night at his home. He was a former A and P manager and later ran the Enterprise grocery on North Market street. A Calvary Methodist Church and Leaders Bible Class member, he is survived by a daughter and a son in Frederick, and his wife and two sons in Baltimore. Burial was in Mt. Olivet cemetery. Unable To Pay Fine Takes Term In Jail
Harry W. Schroyer of Route 5 was found guilty of drunken driving by Magistrate Manuel M. Weinberg and jailed 30 days for failing to pay a 102.25 fine and costs after a disturbance in front of the Linden Hills Diner. State Police testified that Corbin warned him not to drive and later arrested him near the diner. Schroyer claimed only a small amount of whiskey. Several collateral forfeitures and names of individuals from multiple towns are listed.
