Ducks to decorate Frederick streets with fiberglass ducks
Frederick gears up for a public arts exhibit titled Stroke of the Duck with 50 three foot fiberglass ducks to line City Hall and other sites by August. The Greater Frederick Advertising Federation will recruit artists, sponsor funds support base costs, and auctions set for November benefits.
