Man waives preliminary hearing in cocaine case
A 21 year old Sjamsville man James Allen Vogt waived a preliminary hearing in district court. Police records say Vogt sold cocaine and marijuana on January 9 behind Green Valley Elementary and at his home the next day. Deputies found 48 grams of cocaine and a butterfly knife in a 1980 Oldsmobile Cutlass during a January 17 search. The car was later forfeited to the sheriff's department.
