The Accu Weather forecast for Thursday predicts rain across the southwest and the Northern Tier with heavy bursts and embedded thunderstorms from Texas to Kansas and into Kentucky and Tennessee. Condemnation suit filed to obtain 2 acres along Reichs Ford Road
Frederick County moved to condemn a 40 foot easement along Reichs Ford Road for the Monocacy sewer interceptor. The suit was filed in Frederick County Circuit Court with no value set on the 2 acres owned by Douglas and Susan May. Experts testify in Trans Tech trial in Adams town
Experts testified Tuesday in the civil suit against Trans Tech Inc an Adamstown ceramics firm accused of letting degreasing agents contaminate groundwater.
