Rail service from Baltimore to Chicago to begin next Monday
The Pennsylvania Railroad will inaugurate piggyback service between Baltimore and Chicago next Monday. Trailers will load on flat cars at Bay View Yards and depart at 8 45 pm, arriving in Chicago after 28 hours. The system supplies freight to major eastern cities.
