The report lists witnesses for the defendants in a highway materials case including Beck Hart and others, with Linthicum and DeLauter testifying on work and completion. A mistrial is declared in a separate $500 case as the jury fails to agree after seven hours of deliberation. A separate equity petition seeks sale of a 103 acre farm of Willam T Cashour, widow Annie M Cashour and daughter Nellie Elizabeth de Bruyn as tenants in common. The petition asks the court to appoint trustees to sell the property. Taxes on land in eight southern states over eight years show sixty percent of land was forest land.
