No Explosion Reported As Roof Collapses At Leggett Store
Maintenance supervisor Edward Lewis said officials were alerted after Frederick Community College opened its Business and Technology center at 1270 Technology Park adding 1580 square feet of classroom space. The incident followed a roof leak and snow load, prompting an evacuation. No one was injured though a roof collapse created a 50 foot opening, with 100 rescuers aiding the scene.
