Two Die in Schuylkill River Drunken Boat Incident
Norristown March 18 report on two drinking boats along the Schuylkill shoreline leading to drownings and three men missing. Coroner McClain says one identified as William Quigg, others named Andrew and unknown companion, a woman involved left them asleep on shore. Quigg’s funeral held Thursday. Police drag river after a hat linked to Quigg was found. other two men remain missing as river and fog complicate search.
