Oscar Daniel Culler died at his home near Jefferson this morning at 3 15 oclock after a four day illness. He was 55 years seven months old and had suffered chronic nephritis. He served as superintendent of Monte rue from 1902 to 1904. Survived by his widow Ella V Feaster and his parents the late John H and Amanda A Derr Culler. Funeral at 10 20 Thursday from the home. A motion for a new trial was filed in the $10,009 damages case of Mr. and Mrs. Herbert J. Westenhaver against Mariona Feaga and Emory B. Shipley.
