Two Guilty In Roads Case Convicted in Montgomery County

Washington real estate men Basiliko and Offenberg were found guilty of conspiring to defraud the State Roads Commission over land purchases for Montgomery County highway projects. The panel deliberated about 35 hours. sentencing set for April 13 with bonds raised to 3000 each. DuPre testified to delivering secret highway information for $8900. two other defendants were acquitted.
