Rain Delays Multiple Road Projects Across County
The State Roads Commission reports rain postpones on several contracts. Singapore Contracting cannot start US 40 upgrades from Bill Monley Road to east of Md 75. Grading on US 15 from Hayward to Frederick Road is halted. Wolf Brothers will extend a pipe when weather clears, and Richard F. Kline Inc faces soil issues on Old Frederick to Putman Road.
