Ecumenical Lenten Service Planned in Jefferson
An ecumenical Lenten service is set for Wednesday March 16 at 7 30 p m in the Christian education building of the Jefferson United Church of Christ The event gathers laypeople and clergy from Anglican Roman Catholic and Protestant communities It has the backing of the Commission for Unity and the Archdiocese of Baltimore and is coordinated by local clergy with staff from the Christian Brothers Retreat House near Adamstown.
