Rescue squad saves two men from fuel tank fumes
Hillside Coal Company workers Russell Bayles and Russell Newcomer were overcome by fumes while cleaning an empty 10 000 gallon fuel tank on South Water Street. Rescue Squad members revived Bayles with an inhaler and artificial respiration, then transported both men to Frederick City Hospital.
