The proposal moves to county commissioners for final approval, following a prior dispute over Butterfly Lane and Himes Avenue where the county bore all costs. The board also urged study of Biggs Ford Road traffic and recommended tree removals on Hornets Nest Road at resident Maria Pryor’s request, after prior halts by former leadership.
