F&M Bancorp honors staff with SOAR awards in Frederick
F M Bancorp Frederick awarded its annual SOAR program honoring leadership, service and sales across departments. Recipients include Rich Chumacht with the Benjamin E. Shutt Award, James Cantrall with the President's Driving Force Award, and Michael Giampietro for Best of the Best. Rookie of the Year went to John Stuntz and Patricia Whelan for volunteerism. Additional FORCE and divisional awards recognized multiple employees for customer focus and performance. The bank also celebrated long service with staff anniversaries and hosted a guest speaker from Frederick Memorial Hospital on women's heart issues at the Frederick Business and Professional Women's Club event. The club announced a March meeting and a $12 coat.
