Frederick County Chapter American Red Cross invites all volunteers and board members to a luncheon at the Francis Scott Key Hotel. Samuel Krakow, international relations officer, will speak on Red Cross liaison worldwide. Mrs James Alfred Kime chairs the event with assist guidance.
