Wally Herndon of Leesburg Virginia allegedly sped a Studebaker along Baltimore pike crashing into George Arnold of Baltimore and sending Arnold’s Nash down a 4250 ft embankment. Arnolds family injured but not severely. Herndon arrested after hospital treatment and to face charges of speeding driving under the influence and failing to render aid. Prosecutor will set a hearing before Justice W. E. Falconer within a week.
