Parsonage Room Papering and Charity Bake Sale

Fred erick FC Loan Committee Meets In March Sessions
The Frederick Production Credit Association loan committee held its weekly meeting on March 3 led by president Thomas C. Darby and secretary Walter D. Bromley. With many applications under consideration an extra session was added for the week. Meetings are scheduled for March 8 and March 10, with John T. Scott attending March 8 and Darby attending March 10, Bromley attending both sessions.

Pastor Installed For Woodsboro Charge In Maryland
Rev. dH Schmidt installed as pastor of the Woodsboro Lutheran charge after vacancy since November 30. Installation at Haughs Church near Ladiesburg with delegates from Woodsboro Rocky Hill and Chapel. Drs Wentz and Waltemyer, Gettysburg Seminary faculty, gave charges and sermons. About 300-400 attendees praised cooperation between pastor and congregation. Reception followed at Woodsboro church rooms with greetings from the charge.

The Cornmaucers gaale quartet with Fair Erb Welk Fuss sang four numbers. Readings by Rev L B Hafer and a crime solo by Byron Stull followed, with characters in a skit titled Mr Sharp And Seven Doctors. Refreshments were served at the end.
