Hoffman couple marks 60th anniversary with family gathering
Mr and Mrs George William Hoffman Jr. celebrated 60 years of marriage with a February 2 family dinner hosted by daughter Peggy M Rhoderick. Grandchildren Sean Jamie and great granddaughter Madison North attended along with spouses. The couple were honored at a Jefferson United Methodist Church service on March 3 and later breakfast at the American Legion in Frederick.

Married February 2, 193? at Camp Atterbury Indiana, Mrs. Robinson, a retired nurse, and Mr. Robinson, a Bell Atlantic retiree, have three sons and two grandsons. A January Western Caribbean cruise was taken.

Golden 50th Wedding Anniversary of Dalton Couple
Mr and Mrs Dennis N Dalton of Frederick recently celebrated their golden wedding anniversary. Married on February 16, 1952 at Woodside Methodist Church in Silver Spring they marked 50 years of marriage. Mrs Dalton, Lois Faye Chavis from Lumberton North Carolina, worked as a dental assistant and receptionist in her husband's dental office for 35 years. Dr Dalton, from Takoma Park, graduated Georgetown University School of Dentistry in 1961 and started his own practice. They reside in Silver Spring and New Market and have two grandchildren Nicole and Kevin Burbacki of Frederick.
