Magistrate dismisses jail escape charge
An 18 year old, Larry Wayne Lidie of RFD 2 Frederick, had a jail escape charge dropped after deputy Roland Adams failed to recall dates of jailing and escape. In other actions, Donald Mackenzie, 18, was fined 25 dollars for stealing two decks of playing cards from a vacant East Patrick Street house. Pfc. Robert A Dorsey of Frederick High School graduates serves in Vietnam with the 2th Marines after enlisting in December 1965.
