A 68 year old woman was carried from a burning West Patrick Street apartment at 126 W Patrick St and admitted to Frederick Memorial Hospital for smoke inhalation. Firemen fought damp conditions as two other families were sheltered. An investigation continues with a city policy change in response to fires.
