The Rev Bohme officiated the double ring rite with families presenting the couple. The bride is daughter of Gary and the late Mrs Payne. The groom son of Terry Flannery and Donna Shearer. Bridesmaids Lisa Masucci Laura Salter Kristin McDonough Lori Payne. Best man Brian Flannery. groomsmen Kirk Niederlein Rick Kirkner Terry Flannery. Music by Gail Ashbury. Reception at 4-H Camp Lodge. The couple both work at Tully's restaurant in Frederick and reside in Frederick after a Bahamas honeymoon.
Linda Richardson of Baltimore and Michael J Clem of Frederick united in marriage December 28 at Emmanuel Episcopal Church Baltimore. Rev Caroline Janofsky officiated a double ring ceremony with readings by family. The bride, a 1980 Cambridge-South Dorchester grad, has a UD BA and a UM School of Law PhD 1986, and serves as an Air Force assistant staff judge advocate. The groom, a 1977 Frederick High grad with a College of William and Mary BA, formerly edited the Frederick News-Post. They plan to reside in Tokyo Japan.
