A 22 year old man claimed drunken amnesia for a tavern shooting injuring six, yet was found guilty on six counts of assault and battery and given eight years in the Maryland Reformatory. Two patrons were also harmed in the brawl at Les Grill on West Patrick Street.

Keith Feather a 31 year old Frederick meat cutter charged with murder in his wife Betty Jo Feather's death was ordered held without bond for grand jury action.
