Presbyterian Missionary supper held at Nester home

Emmitsburg on March 2, a Presbyterian Missionary Society ship supper was hosted by Mr and Mrs J L Nester. Ladies in charge served at 7 pm and a program of games and music was led by Rev Irvin Morris and Rev Crock. The event raised 23 dollars from the supper.

At the regular Taneytown Junior I. O. O. Band rehearsal in the Odd Fellows Hall last night, tickets for the spring concert were distributed to members. It marks the band’s first attempt at a fall paid admission concert. The concert program details were being finalized.
