Shooting injures man as bullets hit two Sagner Drive homes
Frederick City Police say an argument over a woman led to a shooting injuring Marlin Braithwait, 21, of Hyattsville, about 2:52 p.m. He is in stable condition at Frederick Memorial Hospital. A black male suspect, 6 feet 1, fled as shots shattered a window at 40 Sagner Drive and penetrated doors at 42 Sagner Drive. The incident occurred after a basketball game at the Sagner development.

Frederick lawyer David H. Yinger Jr. of 146 West Patrick Street was disbarred after an investigation into alleged misuse of estate funds. The Court of Appeals issued the disbarment Wednesday following action by the state Attorney Grievance Commission.
