Final plans for Frederick’s Sesqui-Centennial celebration on July 5 were discussed at a meeting in the YMCA auditorium. Judge Glenn H. Worthington presided in place of Chief Judge Urner who was in Annapolis. A final committee meeting is set for Friday at 6 o clock at the YMCA.
