Police say a domestic quarrel outside the Hook Road residence near Westminster ended in a shooting. Vanessa Jane Myers, 21, of Hook Road, is in critical condition at University Hospital Baltimore after multiple gunshot wounds. Her estranged husband Allen Myers, 21, is jailed on charges including assault with intent to murder and carrying a handgun without a permit.
