Dr William H Carr to be Installed Maryland Vet Med Assoc President
Dr William H Carr of Emmitsburg will be installed as president of the Maryland Veterinary Medical Association during the annual summer meeting in Ocean City on Monday June 30. He succeeds Dr Robert C Hammond of Silver Spring as head of the 320 member professional group. The Frederick County Easter Seal Stroke Club will hear Rev Carroll L Boyer at their June meeting, sharing details for stroke patient families and arranging transportation via Easter Seal Society or Ed Blumenauer.
