Mil lard E. Tydings, Democratic nominee for the U. S. Senate, will likely be discharged Friday from Johns Hopkins Hospital after an infection near an eye. He has missed events to build harmony with Mahoney backers and will stay at home in Havre de Grace briefly after release.
