Congressional Viewpoint on Trade and Tariffs
The weekly newsletter by Senator John Marshall Butler argues for extending the Reciprocal Trade Agreements Act, weighing five year vs shorter extensions, and emphasizes Congress’s constitutional role in tariff policy. The piece also oddly mentions supersonic aircraft tire needs in a closing note.
