Jaycees Hear Judge Moylan At Frederick Meeting
Judge Charles Moylan of Baltimore addressed the Frederick Junior Chamber of Commerce at the YWCA Country Club praising local efforts. He lauded the new city officials led by Mayor-elect Jacob Ramsburg and praised the city recreation programs, Taney Home reopening, and the Frederick Hustlers baseball club. New members were welcomed, boosting Jaycee membership to over 120.
