Lewistown Residents Begin Fishing Creek Stream Watch
Lewistown area residents launch a summer stream-watch to monitor Fishing Creek for flow, temperature, and organisms to assess its suitability for a proposed 80 home Sandower Development sewage plant. About 20 residents will conduct weekly flow gauge checks and ecosystem tests with state coordination to establish baseline data guiding permit considerations.
