Condominiums face suit over building defects in Baltimore
In Baltimore, 194 Harper House condominiums face a $130 million suit and a separate action by the developer. Residents claim defective exterior walls caused water leaks and brick damage, demanding full brick veneer replacement costing up to $6 million. Several suits cite design and construction flaws by the builder and two architectural firms.
