City man dies in motorcycle accident
A 19 year old Frederick man, Brian Michael Christoff, died when the motorcycle he rode struck a light pole on Hayward Road near Bute Drive. Passenger Mark Broski, 19, of Lighthouse Point Florida, was flown to Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore in serious but stable condition. Investigators say Christoff failed to negotiate a curve. The fatality raises Frederick County highway deaths to twenty for the year.
