Pork sales slow for light supplies, with fresh pork joins and skinned hams trading variedly and daily slaughter foreseen: cattle at 125,000, calves 6,000, hogs 288,000, sheep 20,000.
Omaha live stock market prices show hogs mostly steady to 50 lower with heavy weights weak, sows down, cattle and calves active with steers and heifers steady to higher, cows mostly steady, sheep and lambs steady with spring lambs priced 54 to 55 dollars per hundredweight.
