Frederick County Adopts 139 Million Budget For 1991
Frederick County commissioners approved a 139 million dollar general budget for fiscal year 1991 by a 4 to 0 vote. The plan preserves a 2.19 dollar tax rate per 100 of assessed value and dedicates 73 million to the school system, with increases for public safety public works and community college. A 25.6 million capital budget was also approved, including 9.8 million for the school board.
