Family center hosts Partners visitors in Emmitsburg

Up-County Family Center hosted about 40 Fellows from the Partners of the Americas program visiting Mount St. Mary’s College. The travelers from Brazil Chile Argentina and Ecuador observed center activities and learning opportunities for parents and families.
