Live wire kills three in factory yard accident

In North Amos a horse struck by a charged wire in the main yard of Worth Anson Manufacturing Company caused three deaths. Ora Pullen died while aiding the horse, Mrs Thomas Moran and Warren Nuttin perished after stepping into water to assist. The incident occurred near a high tension line over a pool of water. A separate note from Atlantic City reports a white wig fad popularized by Mrs Josephine Harrison at a party with many visitors from Germantown and Bryn Mawr. In Shamokin a miner, Zigmund Norocokle, 47, shot himself after being criticized by United Mine Workers for voting to return to the mines. his wife witnessed the death.

Forbidden to Operate Physician's Injunction Dissolved

Easton Maryland June 20 a year long dispute ends as the circuit court judge writes a decision dissolving the injunction that forced Dr James A Stevens to be allowed to operate at Emergency Hospital The ruling removes the order keeping him from continuing duties at the hospital The case involved claims the physician was too old and nervous and the injunction was argued in May prior to dissolution by Judge Wickes.
