Thurmont man sustains injuries in auto accident
A 21 year old Thurmont man Robert Lee Smith of 12603 Catoctin Furnace Road suffered minor injuries in a two vehicle crash on Kellys Store Road near Red Bird Lane. He was treated and released from Gettysburg Memorial Hospital after a possible broken leg and nose. Police said an oncoming vehicle crossed the center line. Smith swerved and hit a tree. Investigating officer Tpr Hare said no charges. Thurmont Community Ambulance Service responded to the 6 05 p m accident.
