Infant dies with undetermined cause after autopsy

The 3 month old Toris Tors died Wednesday and an autopsy Thursday did not determine a cause of death. Medical examiners await test results while family members fault the Department of Social Services for inadequate visits. Two Held For Selling Gun Used In Murder

Artifacts stolen from Washington Monument Park museum

Two weeks before the Washington Monument closed at Washington Monument State Park a burglary occurred. Civil War artifacts including firearms sabres bayonets and canteens were taken. a rear glass pane was broken and a display case dismantled with a screwdriver. Fire log brief from multiple city incidents

On Lander Road at the railroad crossing a vehicle fire was reported at 12 07 pm in Jefferson. At 1 28 pm Citizens reported an auto matic fire alarm at 5300 Spectrum Drive. An automatic alarm occurred at 7004 Opal Court in Braddock Heights at 2 12 pm. A farm machinery fire occurred at 15105 Sixes Bridge Road in Rocky Ridge at 2 17 pm. An automatic alarm was logged at 611 Tritapoe Road in Brunswick at 2 54 pm. The 100 block of North Market Street reported an outside gas leak at 3 40 pm. A brush fire was reported at Em mitsburg at 5 20 pm near Crystal Fountain Road and Hampton Valley Road.

Germantown man drowns in Bakerton quarry

A Maryland man, Harvey Pludomore, 42, of Germantown, drowned while scuba diving with friends in Bakerton Quarry in Jefferson County. He disappeared while exploring submerged caves at the abandoned gravel pit. Divers found his body shortly after. Autopsy results awaited. Two bodies found.

Baltimore County police report two men found murdered and floating in Loch Raven Reservoir near Warren Road Bridge, discovered Thursday night by a firefighter. Detectives termed the deaths as apparent homicides and urged anyone with information to come forward.
